For myself, taking the job at Tesla was a mistake, and I want this to be a warning to others. Please listen to what many others say about Tesla; I didn't, and I regret it.
- Horrible business side, very difficult to get clear requirements.
- No training to understand factory processes.
- "Figure it out yourself" mentality among often overworked coworkers.
- Lack of visibility into product impact.
