I have been working as a software developer at Tesla for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it has been one of the most exciting and innovative workplaces I have ever been a part of.
First and foremost, Tesla is a company that truly cares about its employees. From the top down, the company culture is one that encourages open communication, collaboration, and teamwork. Everyone I have worked with has been passionate about their work and dedicated to creating high-quality products that push the boundaries of what is possible.
