Lots of guidance and freedom
Very hard work at times.
Had an initial technical interview with two engineers. Followed by a technical coding round that had like 5 LeetCode medium problems. Lastly, a statement of excellence (essentially an essay on why they should hire you).
There were two interviews, both a mix of technical and behavioral questions. It wasn't too difficult, but it covered a lot of different topics. Even though I was interviewing for SW, they asked some vehicle systems questions.
It was very smooth, and the interviewer was very engaging and helpful. The CodeSignal part was easy; you basically just write code and you do not have to run it at the end.
