Pros

You do meaningful work that contributes towards sustainable energy. Colleagues are hardworking, and teams make huge progress in short times. You learn a lot from very experienced individuals. There is an ability to grow and stay with the company long term.

Cons
  • High-stress, tight-deadline, long-hour environment.
  • You work 12-hour days often, regardless of what division you work in, and many feel pressured to do more work than they need to.
  • Numerous teams are understaffed, and upper management doesn't care about that; you'll be doing the workload of 3 people when there should probably be 3 people for what you're doing.
Advice to Management

Management often seems too busy to deal with any concern or task you need them to help you with. They need to hire more individuals or more managers to handle the amount of work.
