Tesla

The interview process involved a phone screening for about an hour. This was followed by a technical interview with team members. Finally, there was a virtual on-site round with the team and a fit assessment with management.

I received a reach-out call to set up a first-round technical interview later next week. The interview will include introductions, questions about past experience, and some technical questions. I expect an update a week later for the result.

Recruiter call first, then team HM call. Recruiter call is standard, asking why Tesla and describing the next steps. I didn't make it to the HM round because the team had already selected a candidate.
