Interesting Work but Disappointing Culture
The work is very interesting, and there is a lot to learn at the company. Also, my direct mentor was very kind and an excellent resource.
Lack of communication between team members and teams makes it difficult to keep up with projects that require multiple parties. My team was all men, and it showed: lots of egos and little room for discussion.
More emphasis on culture, teamwork, and collaboration.
