Straightforward about past experience and fundamental engineering questions. Also, they gave random scenarios to see how I thought through an issue and handled the situation, even with information I didn't know.

I was given some technical questions, which were reasonable. We discussed their daily work and their expectations. We also talked about factory matters related to structural engineering and, of course, sustainability.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. The interview process was interesting as they introduced questions to me which were slightly tangential. Despite this, I had a great time overall interviewing with Tesla. The intervie
