Good with the right team and if you like fast-paced
Tesla works on very cool stuff, and everything is fast-paced. If you like that energy and want to move quick on projects, Tesla is great.
Technical debt at the company seems to rarely be paid off because there's constant pressure to perform and get stuff out. This can often lead to headaches and struggles.
Sometimes the stress can cause teams to have hostility internally. But this is very team dependent; some teams seem to handle it well and work together happily, others not so much.
Allow teams to take some time to do housekeeping. It will help you deliver on deadlines faster in the long run.
