I was given some technical questions, which were reasonable. We discussed their daily work and their expectations. We also talked about factory matters related to structural engineering and, of course, sustainability.

The interview was very casual in the first round. The second round was more technical, and the third round was more casual. I am applying for a structural engineer position in their warehouses.

I totally nailed the interview, and they never contacted me back. I followed up a few times and didn't get a response. I thought it was pretty unprofessional, as the interviewer seemed impressed and told me he would contact me within a week.
