Underpaid donkey work where your manager just micromanages your life. They'll message you even after you go home. It's like the supplier quality team just wants you to dedicate your whole life to lousy parts sorting for EVs with the worst build quality.
Two technical interviews, each one hour long. Each time, they asked a few questions about my past experience, and then went straight into technical questions relating to the role. I got most of the questions correct, but a few I was unsure on.
The interview process involved multiple rounds and took a few months. I guess that was due to the job market. There was also a presentation at the end, followed by one-on-one interviews with everyone involved.
The panel interview combined with a presentation feels like a lot to handle at once, so I would appreciate the opportunity to have more time or flexibility to better prepare and perform well.
