Phone interview with HR: Asked about my experience and regarding the position I applied.
Phone interview with the hiring manager: Basic questions about Analog Mixed-Signal Design & Verification, PVT variations, Vth wrt to temperature, my design in my previous company (PLL, LC-VCO design), device physics, etc.
Onsite: 5 rounds, with 2-3 people taking the interview in every round. The team was very cool, the interview went fine, and they gave me an offer within a week. They gave me what I asked for, so I didn't have to negotiate. As it was an experienced engineer position, the questions were closer to my previous work experience.
Questions were from device physics, Analog Design basics like a current mirror, charge pump, LC-VCO, and lumped components-based circuits. They also covered analog layout, PVT variations' effects on basic analog blocks, and so on, mostly from my previous work experience.
