Process

Applied online on their website. A day later, I received an email from them to do an online recorded interview. After doing the online interview, I received a call from the recruiter to verify and give more input as to my past experiences. A week later, another interview was scheduled where I had to share my screen with one of the Applications Engineering managers and present a past project to them. The interview consisted of them asking questions and testing my knowledge on the components I used and why they were used.

Questions

Know as much as possible about the project you are presenting. Questions can go as deep as minor details from a datasheet (ESD rating, power consideration, comparable component, etc.). If a component in your project is one of theirs, be as detailed as possible when speaking of its application.
