Facilities Controls Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

The interview started with a short phone screening. The next step was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager and a team member. After the behavioral part, I was asked some technical assessment questions. Last, you will be allowed to ask questions to the hiring manager and team member. The worst part: I wasn't given a decision at all, and the hiring manager ignored my emails. This is extremely unprofessional behavior coming from a big corporation like TI. Please respect the time people take to prepare for interviews and give them some feedback.
