The manager asked detailed questions about my work experience and protocols I worked on, why I am looking for a change, etc.

It went for one hour and it was good.

2nd round was technical.

If I had prepared properly, it would have been an easy round. The interviewer was very supportive and helping me solve the questions, but I went underprepared, so I could not crack it.
