Process

Met at a college career fair, and a recruiter asked to schedule an interview right after. This interview was on the college campus.

There were two people interviewing you at once. They asked questions about your experience working with teams, two technical questions (what would you do?), and other basic interview questions.

The interviewers were super nice and friendly and didn't try to intimidate you during the interview.

Questions

How did you deal with diversity in a team?

Tell us a time you failed.

If a production facility failed, what would you do first?

What would you do if you have two customers that want the same product? Even though a smaller company customer asked first, what would you do if the bigger company customer wants the same thing by the same time?

Was this helpful?
