Process

Met a recruiter at a campus career fair.

Spoke to the recruiter about my resume, who scheduled an on-campus interview. This interview was 30 minutes long and mostly behavioral.

They said they'd be in touch shortly; however, it took a month to hear back about next steps for a phone interview.

I scheduled a time slot, and the day before it, they cancelled it, saying all their positions had been filled.

Questions

  1. Tell me about yourself.

  2. Talk about a time you had to resolve a conflict with a difficult team member.
