There were 4 or 5 standard behavioral questions that dealt with working on a team or dealing with conflict on a team. One of these was, "What was one time that you had to make a sacrifice or change in your work style when on a team with someone who was different than you?"
After that, there was one more technical question about root cause analysis.
Overall, the interview did feel very corporate. Straightforward behavioral questions with long breaks in between of the interviewer taking notes.
