At the career fair, it was mostly personality questions and questions about goals and interests.

I was given an interview the next day on campus. I was interviewed by 2 engineers and was asked a series of technical questions about digital and analog circuits based on my education level.

I was contacted a couple days after and told I would be moving on to a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview was another series of technical questions, and I was given an offer shortly after.
