I went to their info sessions on campus and submitted my resume to them in person. They later contacted me via phone to ask that I register for several particular jobs on their online system to be formally "in the system". The interview was two technical questions for EE freshmen seeking a summer internship. My interviewer is from an analog branch. Both questions were about op amps.
