High expectations, strict managers, and loads of tasks mean employees hardly utilize the sports complex. They hardly achieve balance between work and life; some employees even stay in the office/plants for more than 12 hours.
Train Melaka AT site's employees to be much more productive, allowing them to have a better balance between work and life.
