Exceptional Learning Environment:
Gave interns real responsibilities from the start. I worked directly with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, SMUs, current probes, etc.) and gained deep exposure to hardware validation processes.
Supportive Team Culture:
Everyone — from buddy, mentors to manager — was approachable, encouraging, and eager to explain not just the “how,” but the “why” behind every test strategy.
Ownership and Impact:
Even as an intern, I was given end-to-end ownership of validation tasks and was trusted to handle key responsibilities. Felt like a true part of the team.
Flexible Working Hours:
One of the best parts, no fixed in/out time. I often came in late (around 11:30 AM–12 PM) and stayed late into the night (sometimes till 2 AM if needed). There was full trust from the team as long as work got done; nobody questioned me, and I loved that freedom.
Despite putting in consistent effort and contributing meaningfully, I did not receive a PPO. This was most likely due to limited hiring in the team at the time, which was understandably disappointing.
It's a 1 vs. 2 interview, one after the other. The interviewer focused basically on the basics of RC circuits and the basics of MOSFETs, MOSFET operation, and its working ideology. The interviewers are very kind; they will help you if you get stuck.
2 rounds of interview. The first round is telephonic. The 2nd round is face to face, and then HR.
I received a call through one of my previous contacts with TI, scheduling a telecon for the technical interview process. It went for an hour, followed by short interviews from the technical manager and HR. Since I had already worked with the team dir
