Pros

At TI, supervisors and mentors take a lot of effort to ensure that they build the next level of technical leaders and thinkers. TI has one of the best work ethics I have seen. In my discussion with my peers, I've found they provide flexible work hours and schedules based on someone's personal constraints.

Cons

Information flow is very slow during project management.
