Fulfilling Projects, Lost Motivation
Good work-life balance, fulfilling projects. I worked in the old National Semiconductor groups, so more speaking for SVA.
Not results driven for interns which caused me to lose motivation. Salary not competitive with interns in consumer electronics companies (apple, google, amazon).
Good intern program. Continue to find competent college students for interns.

Applications Engineer Intern
Two rounds, both were half technical and half behavioral. They were conducted by a couple of engineers currently working there. Each lasted about 45 to 60 minutes and was relatively low stress.
