Great company to start your career. Good profit sharing bonus.

Upper management doesn’t provide the resources needed to be successful. The base income is tiny. There is no work-life balance, depending on the product line you work in.

Advice to Management

“Do more with less” is not an appropriate slogan for a +$150 billion company.
