I really enjoyed my summer at TI and am looking forward to going back.
You get exposed to a variety of areas, and there are many networking opportunities for interns. I found the work both challenging and interesting, while help from peers and supervisors was encouraged across the board.
Location -- Texas is great, but for specific jobs, it seems there are only a few places (mostly in Texas) you can work despite all the nationwide locations.
"Remote" Locations -- Interns not in Dallas get access to fewer networking events.
Keep up with the interning opportunities, but make the opportunities for "remote" interns a little better. Truthfully, my position felt a bit isolated from the management side of things, so I can't really accurately give a lot of advice, since I only saw a thin slice of TI as a whole.
Two rounds: one behavioral and one technical. Behavioral was standard, getting to know me. Technical was with several employees. Everyone was friendly and genuinely had an interest in my projects.
