Great long-term career, great benefits, a nice place to work, good teamwork, and the ability to think of new, innovative ways of doing things.
All about the money for TI
The interview process was fairly seamless. It was an hour-long interview that began with technical questions related to my resume, then ended with behavioral questions. I could have done a better job had I studied a bit more.
I had an on-campus, non-technical interview. Other people I knew who interviewed with TI were asked technical questions. The interview was one-on-one and mostly focused on putting me in a role as an applications engineer, product engineer, or design
The recruiting team is great. They are very organized and listen to your preferences. The interview itself was two rounds—one more behavioral and the other technical. The interviews were very fair, not trying to trick you up, just gauging knowledge.
