I got the opportunity through an internal referral. The HR contacted me within a week. The process took roughly one month due to my school work. But, overall, the whole interview process went quite smoothly.

Staffing agency contacted and set up the interview. Hiring manager did a one-on-one interview in person and made the hiring decision. About half and half behavioral and technical questions.

I had one long interview, which had both behavioral and technical questions. He showed me a two-page circuit diagram for the technical portion and asked me to tell him what the circuit does.
