Pros

I worked as a Software Engineer Intern in the compiler group.

I was given meaningful projects, and my supervisor helped me with every question I had. The management style here is “open door,” and learning/asking questions is highly encouraged. Work-life balance is also important.

TIers work very hard and achieve excellent work. I also felt like management supported me taking the time to do the right thing rather than rushing to meet deadlines.

Highly recommend for anyone with an ECE/CS background who likes understanding the interactions between HW/SW; this is the place for you!

Cons

(Minor) Needs better coffee machines, please.
