Pros

I learned a lot about Digital Light Processing and Video Projection. The people were great to work with. Realistic expectations and goals for the most part.

Cons

My contract and my peer's contract were terminated early and unexpectedly.

I got 6 months out of a year contract. I only had a couple of days' notice.

They expected a year commitment, but didn't provide the same in kind.

They tended to want contractors to take unpaid vacations during Thanksgiving and during bad weather days. These weren't allowed to be made up.

Advice to Management

Treat contractors more fairly with regard to the expected length of their contract.
