Pros

Can be the best place to work. When the right team is built, then the projects have a good chance of being successful.

Cons

Inexperienced leadership. The lower management tries to "sell" another roadmap project and then repeats the same failing recipe of managing the projects. This causes a high turnover rate.

Advice to Management

Engineers have to hop around the company as every project is short-term.

(1 out of 10 projects fail).

Find experienced leaders with a vision of how to grow revenue.
