Pros

The people you work with (when they aren't shouting at each other).

Working in the business units is a lot more enjoyable.

Cons

If you work for TI, do not work in manufacturing. The leadership is toxic. Everything is needed immediately. The stress in this environment was overwhelming. The majority of the people were actively looking for a way out.

Advice to Management

If everything is a priority, nothing is.
