Friendly Team, Good Pay
Everyone in the department is very friendly and approachable when asked questions. A buddy is assigned to a new hire to ensure that the new hire can learn the ins and outs of the company. Personally, it helped me get accustomed to the environment faster.
When it comes to benefits and compensation, base pay is very competitive, and there are 3-4 bonuses each year.
There might be some cultural differences and language barriers when it comes to locals who came from other provinces.
