Pros

As an intern, the team members are very willing to help you learn and advance. You aren't given a huge amount of responsibilities as an intern, but it is great insight as to what you will be doing as a full-time employee.

Cons

There is a lot of back and forth to the manufacturing facility and going to meetings. This seems to be very normal for equipment engineers.
