Applied online at TI portal. It was hiring fresh graduates. I got an email to fill in a Google form. After two weeks, I got a call from HR to arrange a meeting for an interview.

The HR communicates well with the applicants. Most interview invitations were sent the day before the online interview. The managers/interviewers were easy to talk to, and the mood of the interview was light.
