Pros

Cutting-edge work, still a very technical company.

Cons

Management is entrenched and not in touch anymore. Too many managers are not pulling their weight.

Advice to Management

We need to redo the tech ladder and come up with some other scheme for technical employees to grow. The current system does not work and leads to employee frustration.
