A very good company when it comes to health benefits and other perks.
The location of the company is also good, as it is in Baguio City where it is not too warm.
The products are good and interesting for technically inclined people.
The environment and the nature of the engineering jobs there are very, very stressful, especially if you are on the manufacturing side supporting everything. You feel overworked because you are really overworked. The HR department is pro-management.
Listen to the people. Put people next to cost reduction, and maybe save more jobs.
