Pros

There are some great people to work with at TI. It has great ethics policies and behavior. There are lots of potential areas to learn in.

Cons

Lots of short-sighted offshoring happened, with people training their own replacements.

Advice to Management

Need more focus on innovation and adding value to products. As TI goes more analog and more fabless digital, how are they different from other companies doing the same?
