Pros

Good company if you want to get lost in the crowd, because the company is so big. There is a vast array of projects you can work on and a ton of stuff to learn. The work environment is comfortable.

Cons

Too much middle management and reinventing of the wheel. The company rewards management, but doesn't do a good job of rewarding individual technical contributors as well as they should.

I've seen many instances where maybe one person's output, skill level, and performance far outweigh another's, but the delta in pay is significantly less.

Advice to Management

Pay closer detail to who is really doing the work and reward your real talent, not an incompetent middle manager who may appear to be versed in meetings, but in reality doesn't have a clue to the amount of details involved and the real contributions being made by the individual contributors.
