Pros

Great compensation and benefits. Collaborative teams; the help is there if you need it, and you'll probably need it.

Cons

Quite challenging at times, it really pushes you to learn and adapt. You may get thrown in over your head, but there are people who back you and are willing to help you learn and grow.
