Pros

Great work-from-home policy. Great people to work with. Wonderful pay. Expansion happening at the site provides great job security.

Cons

Too many top 1 priorities. Healthcare options are decided at the corporate level, so they don't work the best for Utah's needs.

Advice to Management

Stop saying that everything needs to be done as quickly as possible. Develop real deadlines and stick to them. If deadlines are passed or need to be extended, develop new goals and deadlines. Deadlines tell workers what needs to be done when. If everything is ASAP, I don't see any need to work overtime because there's no real deadline.
