Pros

Good pay and a huge database of information (both technical and non-technical).

There are some great people, if only one can find them, as it's a huge organization.

Decent work-life balance in general.

Cons

Bureaucracy slows down engineers, preventing them from working efficiently. A lot of effort is spent in micromanaging things that would be better reduced to go back to its glory days.

Advice to Management

Reduce bureaucracy.
