Good salary and benefits. Lots of stuff to do and learn for a new engineer. If you are fresh from college, it's a good place to work. But if you're looking for a long-term career, you should not work for TI.
This company's managers are very political. They have very little respect for employees. If you are not good at people skills, you will not survive long. Being good at technical skills only will not allow you to survive long either. TI had a clear history of laying off people.
