Pros

Decent campus. A fraction of co-workers are extremely talented individuals.

Cons

Bad management that does not care about employees, only measuring employees by ROI.

Treat employees like robots and cost centers.

Age discrimination, compensation is not the best, work-life balance is very bad, high turnover which results in higher stress and work for employees that stay.

Little opportunities for advancement.

Managers with bad social skills; they might have been good engineers but do not know how to manage people.

Advice to Management

Treat your employees well and with respect.

Improve PFO by increasing sales, not by forcing older engineers and management to retire.
