Pros

Stable company with y-o-y growth.

Learning experience through getting thrown into the deep end the first week (could be a con as well, depending on perspective).

Constantly hiring NCGs.

Cons
  • Work/life balance is very poor and is stuck in an old mentality that being overworked is a badge of honor.
  • Outdated technology and practices.
  • Below average compensation even with profit sharing included.
  • Yearly pay is very variable because profit sharing is not assured.
  • New hires are given lots of job responsibility with very little direction.
  • No perks in the office; however, WFH has basically been phased out post-COVID.
  • Remote support from India leads to horrible hours.
