Pros

Mostly everyone in the office is friendly and relaxed. Workload was never too heavy; flexible work, no hand-holding. TI leaves developer interns to do as they please.

Cons

No flexible work hours; no telecommuting options for employees.

Much of an older crowd; very conservative, traditional. Few younger people working for the company, at least on this side of the house.

Advice to Management

Have a plan for your interns. If you have a hole in your team, hiring an intern to work during the summer and potentially come back to fill that hole is a great idea. You can't just hire interns without having a defined plan on what they will be doing during their time, though.
