Pros

No office politics. Technical/people managers are very good at their job of managing. There is no HR interference. There is a lot of flexibility in pursuing opportunities which interest you, be it technical or non-technical.

Cons

Got unexciting after a year of working here, maybe due to the slow-moving nature of the semiconductor industry itself. Also, people here have been around for a really long time, which means they get into a routine.

Advice to Management

A more aggressive approach, like Qualcomm/Nvidia (in the Application Processor business), might help in gaining market share for OMAP (the product on which I worked).
