Pros

Great work flexibility, work from home at least once a week. Good co-workers and team environment, long hallway to take mile-long walks daily. Great benefits: 20 days off per year to start, not including holidays. Coverage of graduate degree.

Cons

There can be toxic leadership in upper management. We've had turnover in our Business Unit as a result of people getting burned out. I've been isolated from that, thanks to my manager.

Advice to Management

Start valuing employees as people and not just as resources to be used.
