TI offers a good benefits package.

Cons

It really depends on middle management. I've had great managers who really treat their people well, and lousy management who do what they can get away with. When times are tough, they treat the employees like dirt because they know the employees don't have many options.

Advice to Management

Require all managers, especially when first promoted to management, to undergo intensive training on how to treat people. They are more than numbers on your balance sheet.

You will regret treating people like they are being treated now.

All the good ones that don't have a lot invested in the company will leave when times get better, and you will be sorry for cutting so deeply when times are bad. All the knowledge that walks out the door next week will be missed, if you care.
