Pros

Working on the latest embedded processors. Great benefits.

Cons

Hardly any career advancement opportunity since TI is a matured company. Most managers don't seem to care about your prospects.

Not a great place for SW engineers since TI is a chip company. If you want to develop SW, join a company that uses TI chips to make a product.

Advice to Management

How about passing some of your big fat paychecks to reward your co-workers who are probably slogging as hard as you.
