Pros

A great place for hardware engineers and silicon designers, especially those skilled in analog. They offer good compensation and a benefits package. The people are great to work with. They offer flexible working hours for engineers.

Cons

Software engineering is an underdeveloped discipline. The mindset is that hardware can sell itself. Software serves to just demo hardware.

Advice to Management

Get more serious about software development.

Success in the embedded processing market cannot come without high-quality software tools and components.
